Khayari Organization does not accept exploitation, abuse, harassment, discrimination, or retaliation. We take complaints and safety concerns seriously, respond with confidentiality and respect, and restrict access and follow-up to authorized people. Where a conflict of interest exists, the person concerned is excluded from reviewing or making decisions regarding the complaint.

Privacy and data protection

We collect the minimum information needed for registration, communication, evaluation, and follow-up. We use data for the purpose explained when it is collected and do not add form data to marketing lists without separate consent. We restrict access and keep data only for as long as it serves the legitimate purpose for which it was collected.

Code of Conduct

We expect everyone representing Khayari Organization or taking part in its activities to act respectfully, maintain professional boundaries and privacy, avoid conflicts of interest and misuse of power, and report concerns through the proper route.
