The Khayari model

Four stages in a continuing pathway

From Bethlehem, Khayari Organization develops training programs and learning pathways for young Palestinian women in response to need and context.

The relationship begins with genuine interest and needs expressed by women themselves.

Applied learning connects personal identity, cultural belonging, communication, leadership, and professional skills with real situations.

The experience does not end with the sessions. It continues through the Khayari community.

Participants return as volunteers, mentors, ambassadors, and contributors to what comes next.
